Earth Day: How righteous is your cell phone?
Wouldn't you feel less guilty about gassing on the phone with your girlfriends if you knew that you were saving the planet at the same time?
That's how it works with Credo, a mobile phone company that donates 1% of all its customers' bills (at no extra cost to you) to organizations like Greenpeace, The Organic Farming Research foundation, and the Sierra Club, plus dozen of peace and civil rights organizations. Their coverage is excellent (they run on the Sprint PCS all-digital, nationwide network) and if you move to Credo, you can keep your existing phone number. If you're stuck in a contract, Credo will even reimburse you the $200 contract breaking fee.
And then, let the guilt-free gossip begin!
To find out more about Credo, click here. And happy Earth Day!
