Wilt-Free Salad Chopper
If you've ever noticed the minute you chop through a head of lettuce, it begins to brown, it's likely the result of the metal blade you're using to slice veggies. Plastic leaves greens wilt-free, but who wants to use a knife that can barely cut through PB-and-J? Swiss utensil company Zyliss has a new and super reasonable Fresh Cut Salad Knife with a serrated blade that slices greens no prob; it also cuts through breads and cakes without leaving a crumb fest in its wake. $2.95, surlatable.com
