Blue Moon
We’ve all experienced a total eclipse of the heart and, frankly, it’s not that fun. Blue moons (that turn gold), however, are a phenomenon we can all get behind. In celebration of the actual blue moon tomorrow night (5/31), Chef Gabriel Gabreski from Blue on Blue at Avalon is offering a special "Once in a Blue Moon" dinner. Lounge by the pool and eye the celestial sight, while chowing on delights like Blue Corn Crusted Crab Cakes, Humbolt Fog Blue Cheese, Blue Nose Tuna Nicoise, Grilled NY Steak Featuring Point Reyes Blue and finally Blueberry Shortcake.
