The bra essentials

In the Nineties we shamelessly flaunted our underwear, showing off bras beneath sheer clingy shirts, wearing corset tops that saluted Madonna's Blonde Ambition, and donning flimsy silk slips with our Doctor Marten boots.
Some suggest the underwear as outerwear thing is simply a manifestation of the pervasive culture, in which our private lives have become public, where we reveal our deepest selves in the comments sections of blogs, and where nothing—not even your under-wired C cup—is sacred.
And so behold this—the Grey Ant striped outer bra. It doesn't even pretend to be lingerie, and can be worn in every way imaginable. Atop a babydoll dress, for instance. As a gym accessory. Or even above a crisp business shirt, for some serious boardroom impact.
Just don't call it underwear.
