Yoga With a Side of Massage (NYC)
It’s like having dessert before dinner: Pure Living, a newish spa on Wooster Street, will begin offering yoga classes on Saturday that are preceded by a massage. Before each class, participants will lay down for a 15-minute session on the spa’s signature Migun table, which boasts automated jade massage heads and heat from infrared light that are supposed to prepare the body for optimal downward dogs and plank poses. Classes are included in the $280-per-month spa membership, or $20 each for non-members. purelivingnewyork.com
