Something Old, Something New
The average thrift shopper can’t tell if dresses scream mothballs or beg highballs. It takes a specifically skilled eye to separate the fabulous from the frightening. So it was no surprise a few months ago when Katy Rodriguez, owner of chic Vintage shop Resurrection, released a fabulous collection of her own. Now the designer is combining new and old, selling her frocks and over 75 vintage Chanel bags, belts and baubles for 10%-off, perfect holiday fete attire. From now until December 31, shoppers at the New York, L.A. and online stores will receive this discount with a $30 donation to the Chihuahua Rescue Fund in honor of beloved pooch Sofie, who is probably looking down from doggy heaven right now, drooling over the beautiful clothes and dreaming of highballs.
