Gotham’s Shopping Caravan (NYC)
Between the conference calls, cocktail receptions and workout sessions, it’s tough getting to your favorite boutique. Why not let the boutique come to you? Busy bees should take note that Caravan, a new mobile- store concept, has launched. Essentially a dressed up U-Haul filled with hipster labels like Yeohlee, 2 (x)ist and Rock & Republic, Caravan will go to any home or office, with initial service to the Upper East and West sides. It’s the brainchild of fashion flack Claudine Gumbel of Think PR, who also promises an on-truck stylist and lounge area. shopcaravan.com </ em>
