These days you can't throw a stone without hitting a high-end t-shirt (preferably with no one in it). Before all the buttery cottons and pre-worn crew necks made it on the market though, Michael Stars was pioneering the blouse meets tee hybrid (the "blee," if you will). Come April 15, the t-shirt maven is launching his first dress line. In lightweight crepe or soft Luxe, not surprisingly the frocks will be casual chic/day to evening.
