A Year With Julius
Buying a calendar is a serious commitment. No, really. Think about it: You spend, at minimum, 28 days with each image. That's why when an attractive (and reasonably priced) option comes on the market, you have to act quick. For 2006, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art has introduced a keeper — a Julius Shulman calendar featuring the photog's signature shots of modern architectural gems in L.A. by Neutra, Schindler, Ain and Koenig. $26, lacma.org
