Designers Say Goodbye to Spring (L.A.)
Label-obsessed Angelenos: time to break out the plastic. Designer boutiques all over town are clearing space for incoming fall collections, which means up to half-off discounts for you. The epicenter is Rodeo Drive, where shoppers can get 30% off Prada’s (310-278-8661) eclectic and sporty spring apparel, Gucci’s (310-278-3451) handbags and small leather accessories, and Jimmy Choo’s (310- 860-9034) open-toe sandals. Around the corner on Wilshire, select outerwear and clothing at Burberry ( 310-550-4500) is marked down 40%. And last but not least, Marc Jacobs’ (323-866-8255) two Melrose Place boutiques are also offering 40% off the designer’s brightly hued, warmer-clime pieces.
