Eye Candy: Octopi and Cupcakes (NYC)
Octopi chandeliers and desserty pin-up art come together for a captivating exhibit at the Jonathan LeVine Gallery beginning June 24 (6 p.m.-9 p.m.) at the opening reception of photog and sculptor Adam Wallacavage's "Il Lume Della Piovra" (translation: the lamp of the octopus) and animator and painter Nouar's "The Licky Sticky Sugar Show." The show, which runs through July 22, includes a chandelier collaboration between Wallacavage and the queen of twinkling, shimmering accessories, Tarina Tarantino.
