Summer of Movie Love: 1967
Hippie chic, free love, acid flashbacks...Has everyone forgotten that 1967 was a great year for movies? Especially, films with enough signature style and visual panache to have a viewer slack-jawed and pie-eyed. Who wouldn't kill to inherit Auntie Faye's costumes from Bonnie & Clyde? And can someone have a Valley of the Dolls party this summer?
Here's my list for the top five movies of 1967:

1. The Graduate - Leopard, yum.
2. Bonnie & Clyde - A beret and a blonde bob never loved each other more.
3. In Cold Blood - Sound track by Quincy Jones. Even Robert Blake's leather jacket looked forlorn.
4. Valley of the Dolls - Three different women. Three different styles.
5. In the Heat of the Night - Sidney Poitier's suits are sumptuous.
