Eames Lounge Chair Turns Fifty
This may be the optimum time to move the Eames lounge chair and ottoman from the mental "covet" list you've got going to the "cherish" list. It's been fifty years since Charles and Ray Eames designed the iconic set and in celebration any order placed in 2006 comes with a commemorative medallion fastened to the bottom of the seat and a hardcover copy of "The Eames Lounge Chair: An Icon of Modern Design" put out by Merrell Press in London.
