Canopy Tour
Back in the day Kermit the Frog said, "It’s not easy being green." That amphibian had a point. In the seventies there were no hybrid cars, eco-chic fabrics (unless you favor burlap sacks) and no plethora of organic products. In honor of the Green Living movement at Natural Products Expo-West—an organic tradeshow happening this weekend in Anaheim—socially conscious types like Ed Begley Jr., Penelope Ann Miller and Elaine Hendrix (pictured here) were ushered down the green carpet to high-end Palisades pharmacy Pharmaca, where they enjoyed organic eats, Desert Essence vegan beauty products, world music and a sneak peak at eco-chic buttery soft clothing line Under the Canopy. Now if we could just figure out why there are so many songs about rainbows, Kermit might be totally content. Do you have a favorite eco-chic line? Let us know!
