I hate pink, but I will always love Edie Sedgwick. She was a spoilt Santa Barbara brat, a decadent Factory speed freak and lip gloss junkie who learned her lesson in the saddest way possible. Have you seen "Ciao Manhattan"? It is the movie in which you see Edie at her lowest ebb, lolling around in a bed in Santa Barbara, parading her freshly-purchased boobies at every given opportunity, as though she knew she only had a little while left to enjoy them. In the movie she berates her former best friend Andy Warhol, as it finally dawns upon her that the 1960s Factory scene and its dysfunctional drug culture had robbed her of what tiny shreds of sanity she had to begin with.This pillow was designed by Kime Buzzelli, who runs boutique Show Pony in L.A.'s Echo Park.
