Man-icure

A non-glossy finish keeps men's nails well groomedDude, this may seem like the most ridiculous thing ever, but many of your brethren get manicures as frequently as their girlfriends. Eco-friendly nail product company SpaRitual is taking these well-groomed men into consideration with Amigo, a matte topcoat for men. The elixir protects nails without leaving any sort of glossy finish like the vast majority of its feminine equivalents. If you're in the closet about your kempt digits, this is the perfect opp for a stealthy purchase. $17, fredsegalbeauty.com

It does sound ridiculous, but true. Our hands are near our mouths when we eat, used for greeting other people, and in my case, to supplement when I talk. If we take time to do our hair, why overlook our nails. I received my first manicure as a gift four years ago. It turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable. Since then, I have returned on my own accord though I am not sure it is more often than my wife. As far as the nail product, I would try a matte finish at least once. My only hesitancy would be that my nails would appear unnatural. There is no reason guys can't take care of themselves.
