Gift like a movie mogul with Jasper and James

In showbiz, execs don't have time to actually think about gifting—they simply require it to happen, and with finesse.
Which is where Jasper and James comes in. The company handles high-end gifting for many studios, TV and cable networks, including Paramount, Fox, Miramax, and Showtime. They buy directly from brands, many of them European (think Missoni Home products, Ackerman leather goods from Germany, Bill Amberg bags from London, Abahna bath products from England and more), and then they deliver the items to their clients, beautifully wrapped using heavy papers and double-faced satin ribbons (or recycled materials, if preferred). They'll even write a note on their clients' stationery, and deliver to the recipient. Job done!
And it doesn't stop there—Jasper and James can custom make leather and cashmere goods at trusted European workshops, and can hook up their clients with the latest Leica cameras (they are one of only two Leica dealers in L.A.) The new version of Leica's popular C-Lux model (pictured), for example, is expected to be a much-coveted gift this holiday season.
"Yes, but I'm a boom operator," you say. "What if I just want to find gifts for my friends and family, rather than the entire cast of 'Lost'?"
Jasper and James can help with that too.
They have a shopping newsletter with plenty of great gift ideas, and an e-commerce store, featuring a carefully-edited selection of about 20 different uncommon luxury gifts. Sign up for their Holiday Hot List, which highlights a new, hard-to-find gift each week through Christmas.
Visit their online shopping site here. Jasper and James also offers gifts by Nikon, iPod, Tumi, Kate Spade, Burberry, Baccarat, Versace, Dean & Deluca, Missoni, Breville, and more.
