Polkadots & Moonbeams in Cyberspace
Online shops have been popping up like Starbucks lately (ronherman.com, shopdianemerrick.com, et al), and the newest to open on the Internet is Polkadots & Moonbeams, whose new and vintage boutiques on L.A.'s 3rd Street have long been mainstays of fashion-forward types. The just-launched site also offers both new and vintage pieces like a sweet 1960s Italian car coat ($94), a J.J. Winters giant suede hobo ($363), a floral Yoana Baraschi skirt ($196) and accessories galore. polkadotsandmoonbeams.com
