Brad Pitt Comes Clean
A friend noted to me that Brad Pitt seems to be emulating a certain debonair idol of bygone years while at Cannes. Pitt, with his side part and classic tux from Tom Ford, could easily sub in for Gregory Peck or Cary Grant. Was it Angelina who made him clean up his act? Hell, no. Fashion Week Daily reported that maestro Tom Ford is the svengali behind Pitt's suave new look. "Brad always looked too scruffy,” Ford reportedly said. “I wanted him to look chic, like a true movie star. Plus, he's not a bad man to clean up.” Ahem, George Clooney might want his look back. Do you dig the new Brad or prefer the scruffier version? Let us know at the Stylephile!

A clean shaven man is always more appetising and provocative. Being primmed and spohisticated guarantees a larger audience. The scruffier Brad is welcome at home, in bed or in the garden

I like a man who looks good either way. And, he does! This one is just too hard to pick. Some men definitely look better one way or the other; Brad...either way, he's hot!Posted by sjm55 | May 29 2007 9:26AM
MMm, yum, yum. I have to say Brad is looking rather hot at the moment, Although I admire him for his scruffy couldn't give a beep attitude of before, it doesn't make you want to jump in the sack with him does it?. This look is very pleasing to the eye, and its nice to see hes making an effort too, even though we can only admire from afar, booh!Posted by Quenty | May 25 2007 6:04AM
THANK YOU TOM FORD...Brad was at his most disarmingly cute in A River Runs Thru It...nice to see clean-cut Brad is back!Posted by JeiJei | May 24 2007 10:46AM
Unfortunately...Brad Pitt looks better not as cleaned up because of his skin tone...all of the uneven tones due to his acne scarring are highlighted as well as the structure of his face which is not as chiseled as say someone like Robert Redford or a Carey Grant that truly are debonair whence "cleaned up"!Posted by fashunkat | May 24 2007 9:48AM
Hubba Hubba!!!! What a looker. Dang, this is a much nicer look. The scruffy or relaxed look is good and it has it's place. The look he's sporting in the picture is very nice indeed. He does remind me of bygone Hollywood days. He also looks so much better solo. OK, that was bad of me. Have a Pip~A~Roo kind of day and an even better 3 day week end.
