Kasil Tower
Law & Order ADA's, "it" girls, fantasy football rosters – some things are constantly changing. These days, even our jeans are ever evolving. At least according to David Lim (son of one of Hollywood's foremost tailors), who describes his Kasil designs as rising from a "denim garden." Although the styles and custom hand-abrasion are engineered in the U.S., materials come from mills in Canada, Japan and Italy as well. Since he's also carried in stores across the globe, even shopping for Kasils can be mind expansive. Maybe that's why globetrotter/do-gooder Brad Pitt seems to favor the Victory style (which comes with a new Ipod pocket in updated washes like Baltic and Vintage Marble for fall) for his carefully cultivated "I so didn't try, but I even look hot in Developing Nations" look. P.S. Check out the Kasil Website for downloadable stencils. $165, kasiljean.com
