The Bee's Knees
In the world of competitive baby strolling, the race just got a little tighter. Bugaboo releases their newest innovation, the Bugaboo Bee, September 1. Part baby carriage, part SUV, their sunny yellow stroller fully envelops little ones with an oversized retractable cocoon-shaped dome that serves as a sunshade to reflect UVA and UVB rays. The Bee also comes equipped with an all weather rain cover, a 4-wheel independent suspension system, a 360 degree turning radius and is the company’s most compact model — one piece foldable. While the Stylephile isn’t quite sure what to do with an all weather, all terrain baby carriage, we are a fan of the cute shape, name and Bumblebee color. Although offered in red, khaki, blue and black, we recommend the namesake shade. ($529, Bugaboo.com)
