Find Your Happy Place

Bienjoy

You’re 80 minutes into your grueling yet blissful daily yoga fix when during the twelfth Downward Facing Dog your eyes pop open, you stare at your blue waffle patterned sticky mat and grudgingly realize that not only does half the class have the same mat as you, it’s ugly and beginning to smell.  Okay, so maybe you weren’t as blissed out as you were supposed to be, but how could you be on that dreadful thing you call your yoga mat? Instead, let your external surrounding give you inner peace with Beinjoy. The eco-friendly mat stretches to 183 cm, has a center guide line for pose alignment and comes beautifully embossed with petals or Koi on a lilac or blue background. While you’re at it, trade up that ratty towel you’ve been toting for padding to Beinjoy’s coordinating cushion. Mats and cushions will be available by mid-September, in the mean time just remember:  It’s what’s inside that counts. (Mats $80, Cushions $30; at Beinjoy.com)

The mat was more expensive then ones I've used before, but it was worth every penny!

I just got this as a gift and I'm totally sold. It's so much nicer than any other mat I have ever owned!!!
