The perfect hotel for insomniacs
The Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village is offering stressed-out, sleep-deprived high-flyers everything they could possibly need to nod off, from in-room chamomile aromatherapy facials to teddy bears, available on request. The hotel, located just outside Los Angeles, has launched its "Sleep Well" program, created with the help of medical and wellness experts from California Health & Longevity Institute.
As well as mind-calming spa treatments like the chamomile facial, a lavender body treatment, and reiki, you can dine from a Sleep Well menu, make use of blackout drapes and take advantage of on-site clinical hypnotherapy, guided imagery and meditation to help you sleep. And for hardcore insomniacs, physicians can conduct clinical sleep studies on you within the comfort of a Four Seasons guest room.
Cuddly teddy bears are provided upon request, as are specialty pillows including orthopedic, full body, buckwheat and foam varieties.
