Birks for the Beach
High fashion they’re not. But Birks have come a long way since the granola, double-strap sandals that all the hip kids wore in junior high. Take for instance these chic, limited-edition flip-flops from Birkenstock’s Tatami family of shoes. They still feature the company’s signature support arch and wide footbed, but in a cool, Pucci-esque print. And with a water-resistant polyurethane sole, the shoes are ideal for a lazy day at the beach. $210, tatami.birkenstock.com
