Gene Therapy

Genetic Denim officially re-launches their lineBody type is genetic. Yup, you can thank Mom for that badonkadonk tush and Dad for those pancake feet. As a result, searching for the perfect "dungarees" to fit that bod is a tactic passed down through the generations (starting from when they were still called "dungarees.") Now consider this: what if your jeans were Genetic? Well, now they can be, as a trio of business dudes has officially re-launched their Genetic Denim line. With an emphasis on flattering women with the top three inches of denim (a.k.a. no more plumber’s butt), the Holiday line includes styles like Recessive, Dominant and Mutated Genes. At the more crowded than thou re-launch party at Area last week, genetically mutated fans included infamous young Hollywood vixens like Lindsay Lohan, Mischa Barton, Ashlee Simpson, Laguna Beach-er Kristin Cavalleri, Real World-er "The Miz," Janet Jackson and half the cast of Canadian fave Degrassi: The Next Generation for all you Nogin fans, eh? $198, LA: Ron Herman, for locations: ronherman.com, NY: Intermix, for locations: intermix-ny.com
