Love or loathe? Louboutin's "Oscar the Grouch" clutch
Listen, bag bloggers. Just because most of you hate Christian Louboutin's foray into fuzz (exhibit A: this hobo-style green clutch), doesn't mean The Stylephile should feel obliged to follow the herd (Alpaca herd, specifically).I can picture a slightly less butch Janis Joplin rocking this au naturel purse back in the day. It's perfect for storing natural sea salt deodorants, pot brownies and harmonicas. Less hippie-ish is the uber-feminine clasp, shaped like a pair of very cute little high heels, reminding us why we loved Louboutin in the first place.
This little fella may need regular combing and de-frizzing in order to look good for years to come. So when it has become dreaded beyond recognition, I have one suggestion—put it on a leash and walk it. Or add googly eyes and call him Oscar. Either works.

The bag is cute ... maybe for $5.99 in the bargin bin - what a find. I want to talk to the person that actually spends $1600 on a purse - any purse - regardless of whether or not it looks like Oscar the Grouch. The price is obscene but Oscar the Grouch rocks in my book. Now I have a goal for my rainy day savings fund. No, not really.
