One Nation, Indivisible

Nation’s new cold weather lineMonique Lhullier gowns with rose satin sashes, mascaras that don’t clump, but elongate our lashes, sushi from Nobu and sake cocktails in spring, these are a few of our favorite things. Nation designer Jen Menchaca’s favorite things: creamy ranch dressing and comfy t-shirts, which explains a lot about her coveted line. From the signature buttery soft white v-neck to the thin impeccably worn grey P.E. tee, Nation has epitomized the ideal t-shirt. Now, as the weather gets cooler, the comfort-obsessed (and let’s be honest, style-obsessed) designer presents new items like a pima cotton (a.k.a. unbelievably soft) A-line v-neck extra long shirt with dark grey contrast stitching in tones like sapphire, raspberry and Menchaca’s favorite graphite. Tone on tone stripes in colors like moss, midnight, cabernet and espresso don another long-sleeved sexy low v-neck with unfinished edges and extra length. Perhaps the most coveted piece is the Heather Raglan extra thin sweatshirt, which the designer dubbed the Linus blanket after her beloved dachshund. These pieces will join her tees in stores on October 30. $65 and up, LA: Milk, 8209 W. 3rd St. (323) 951-0330, NY: Henri Bendel, 712 Fifth Ave. (212) 247-1100, nationltd.com
