I just purchased a not rational handbag from ***** Hawaii and it was damaged the stiching was ripped and I ultimately got ripped off. I would like to know if this designer stands behind what she sells or not? It was for a girlfriends birthday and luckily was near Michigan Avenue and was able to purchase a new birthday present just in time for the party but am stuck with a damaged bag.
