'Chop' Talk
Considering your level of sushi consumption is starting to rival that of a CAA agent’s, perhaps it’s time to brush up on raw-fish etiquette. Never dip rice-side down in the soy sauce (the rice will break apart), and, please, never set your chopsticks on the table (for cleanliness' sake). Prop them on a plate, or better yet, pick up a set of these nifty chopstick rests.
