'Chop' Talk

Chopstick restsConsidering your level of sushi consumption is starting to rival that of a CAA agent’s, perhaps it’s time to brush up on raw-fish etiquette. Never dip rice-side down in the soy sauce (the rice will break apart), and, please, never set your chopsticks on the table (for cleanliness' sake). Prop them on a plate, or better yet, pick up a set of these nifty chopstick rests. The tiny, leaf-shaped ceramics will help maintain a semblance of decorum between shoveling slices of delish fatty tuna. $19 for set of four, merae.com
