Slinky Ink
A Chinese American from Oklahoma, Peter Mui turned the derogatory "yellow" term on its head by creating YellowMan—a line of wearable art for men and woman—with the idea that tattoo art often represents cross-cultural attitudes. With designs from renowned artists in the tat biz, many items are pretty hardcore (i.e., if you've got a heart on your ankle, a green dragon covering chest and back is probably a bit much). But these dainty panties with two birds in flight are sweet and simple ink perfection. $36, yellowman.com glitzbeverlyhills.com
