Girlz in the Hood
May's arrival throws many of us into spring cleaning mode. We donate old clothes, sort cluttered shelves and even kick a few lame friends to the curb--halleluiah. After the process is through though, we are left with some pretty wide gaps. This weekend, you can fill the void with fabulous new items from the Mike & Chris sample sale. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, all the designers’ beloved hoodies, dresses, tops and jackets (of which one can never have enough—so useful and cute!) will be on sale for up to 70%-off. If you’re lucky, you’ll snag a leather bag too. My sage advice: get there early. The space is small, the mirrors are few and the garments are in demand.
