The gym is too far, your arms are tired from clutching the remote, and the dog ate your sports bra. You’ve used every excuse in the book to avoid working out. Well, for better (or, if you’re really lazy, for worse) iTRAIN’s downloadable iPod and MP3 player workouts are making it harder to find reasons to bail on exercising. Plus it’s a lot cheaper than joining a gym and less money equals less guilt. Starting this January their library of 130 programs will include the iBiClimb, a bootcamp workout designed to burn 600 to 800 calories per hour. If you’re serious about getting in shape, the hardcore workout will act as surrogate personal trainer, except without the accountability. Making up excuses is a habit you’ll just have to break on your own. Yearly Subscription: $79.99, A La Carte Workouts: $.99-$8.99, itrain.com
