Fruit of the Vine
Fine wine gets better with age. Not necessarily true for rock venues. Although diehard fans stay loyal to their spots, over time the bathrooms get nastier, the acoustics stay old school, and the technology gets passé. Well here comes Vine Street Lounge, L.A.’s newest live music destination. Iconic rock photography from Neil Zlowzower references rock history, while the newest sound, light and staging capacities, 250-person capacity, intimate booths, and a 20ft bar enhance the experience. Tonight kicks off the first ever Rock Star DJ Thursday with tunes from DJ Kristopher Roe from the Atari’s. No Cover, 1708 Vine St., (323) 493-3988
