Savoring Dry-Aged ... Denim?
Chances are you’ve heard of premium dry-aged beef (unless you're one of those fanatic macrobiotic types). Well, James Jeans has taken the same idea of enhancement and applied it to denim. Its new line of “dry-aged jeans” boasts a perfectly worn-in, comfy feel with denim that’s brushed with organic oxidants and allowed to cook in the California sun for a few days. The result is a more authentic-looking vintage jean in various washes and styles for the same price as other high-end lines. $150-$184, barneys.com
