Not to say sales associates can't be helpful, but sometimes you wonder exactly what qualifies Heather from the Valley to weigh in on a nipped-waist, pencil-skirt suit. With shop owner Zoe Battles, however, qualifications aren’t in question. The celeb stylist (P. Diddy, Mary J.
