Vikings are not generally considered fashion plates with their scruffy beards, horned helmets, and inattention to personal hygiene. Still, judging by German-born designer Heike Jarick’s version of fall/winter’s must-have accessory, they had at least one thing right. Jarick, who also doubles as a designer-for-hire for Via Spiga and DKNY, created a Rex Rabbit Reversible Vest for the cold weather months. Paired casually or dressed up, it’s sure to keep the wearer styling and warm. Who says form and function can’t meet? Definitely not the Vikings. $40, Blue Tree, 1283 Madison Ave., (212) 369-BLUE
