After a year hiatus, jewelry designer Cheena Chandra is back and dazzling with dangling confections in 18kt gold and semi-precious stones. The gold and turquoise flower motif ring is an undeniable stunner ($830), as is the waterfall pendant—a spill of pink tourmaline and pearls linked in gold ($1,600). A pair of earrings from the Swirl collection are particularly intriguing, paisley hoops with delicate multi-color tourmaline that could also pass as sweet birds (also available with teardrop lolite, $390). $520, cheenachandra.com
