Another day, another cellulite-fighting gizmo. It’s hard to know where to turn with the barrage of non-invasive options on the market, but FDA approval seems like a good start. VelaSmooth, an apparatus that looks like a vacuum cleaner, recently got the sign off to smooth dimpled skin with bi-polar radio frequency and infrared light.
