Hopelessly Devo-ted to glue
Just because you're a 1980s post-punk icon who likes wearing flower pots on his head, doesn't mean you can't make wallpaper.
Eh?
I'm talking about Mark Mothersbaugh of New Wave band Devo and his beautiful new wallpaper designs for Wallteria Living.
Based on a digital manipulation of a 19th
century avian illustration, the pattern pops up on many of the items from Mothersbaugh's Black Forest collection for Wallteria, which includes a a rug and a cuckoo clock. A bona fide Renaissance Dude, Mothersbaugh has also found
time to write the musical scores for "Rushmore", "The Royal Tenenbaums" and "Rugrats" in between creating stylish accessories for the modern home.
