Last call at Neiman Marcus ends soon and today is the final day for many online bargains. Well, the word "bargain" might be a stretch, but there are some substantial savings to be had. This oval Stephen Dweck topaz ring (pictured), reduced to $396 from $990, is one of those big cocktail rings that calls for an even bigger cocktail.
