Relaxing isn’t the way most patients would describe the dentist. Words like harrowing, painful, and nauseating come to mind, even for some tough guys out there.
That perception is bound to change after a trip to celebrity dentist Kevin Sands. A voluntary visit to some teeth torturer may sound crazy now, but after you’ve been in for his porcelain veneers or personally supervised tooth whitening you’ll beg to return. Not only is there a private ceramicist on staff to make sure the veneers are perfect and ready quickly, but during longer treatments a masseuse comes in to take off some tension. So seeing Kevin Sands is less like a horror show and more like an indulgent pleasure. Whitening $600 and up, veneers $2,000 a tooth and up, 90210dentist.net
