Banana Republic Downsizes (L.A.)
Attention under 54" junior agents: Banana Republic has just opened its first standalone petite stores, including one in L.A. at the Westside Pavilion and two others in Seattle and Boston. The stores will feature the entire collection of petite apparel for women, as well as "fit guides" who will help with inseams and such. (At exactly what point should pants break over your shoes? Theyll know.) BRs moderately priced wares are perfect for the rookie tenpercenter on a budget, says one stylist who works with CAA and ICM. (310) 474-3002
