Enough with the prima donna designers who make a fuss every time they show up in public (hello, Karl Lagerfeld?). Skip lunch today and meet with fashion superstar-in-the-making Derek Lam instead, before every average Jane discovers him. Hell be at Barneys BevHills from 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. to preview his sophisticated fall collection. Lams already a fave of Natalie Portman, who often wears his dresses to red carpet events like the L.A. premiere of "Closer."
