Still doing yoga? Thats so plebeian. A fitness routine dubbed the Scandanavian Health Experience (sounds kinda kinky) is being touted as the innovative new way to make any body "camera ready." It seems the experience involves a blond and buff team jetted in from Norway and Sweden to whip your butt into shape.
