Harveys Project Turns a Profit

Banana Republic's Project Runway dressHarveys pet fashion project may be a Nielson dud, but "Project Runway" is turning out to be a winner for Banana Republic. The company announced yesterday that a winning cocktail dress designed during the reality series would be available for purchase, but its already sold out online. The flagship store in L.A. at the Grove also reported phones ringing off the hook, with only a few frocks still in stock. A portion of proceeds from the limited-edition design will benefit Dress for Success. Good luck. bananarepublic.com
