Ever read the fine print on department store sales? The mile-long list of designer exclusions is downright crushing. Not this time. The Deal Blvd sale Dec. 11-12 may be held in a sterile warehouse, but its designer goods rival any Bloomies. Scores of labels including Trina Turk, Paper Denim, Capital Tailors, Joie, Blue Cult and, yes, Marc Jacobs will be 70% off. The bad news?
